Apple cuts price of display polishing cloth to $9
Apple has released a new display polishing cloth for $9 — $10 less than the previous version, which cost $19. As The Verge reports, the accessory’s appearance and description appear to have remained virtually unchanged.
Material and compatibility
Apple says the cloth is made of a soft, non-abrasive material. According to the company’s description, it can safely and effectively clean any Apple display, including screens with nano-texture.

According to The Verge, the description of the new product matches an archived version of the page for the previous cloth, which Apple no longer hosts on its website. The list of compatible devices also appears to be the same: it includes iPhones starting with the iPhone 5 and other Apple devices with displays.
A cloth for screens
The new Mac Studio and Mac mini models released alongside the cloth are not compatible with it because they do not have screens. However, the cloth can be used to clean the Studio Display if that display is paired with a Mac Studio or Mac mini.
