PrivatBank experienced a system failure: customers were unable to make payments
On September 15, PrivatBank experienced technical issues. Due to the outage, customers are unable to make payments or money transfers.
“It seems our payments and transfers have taken an unscheduled break,” the bank noted.
PrivatBank emphasized that specialists are already working to resolve the issues in order to restore stable operations as quickly as possible.
By 11:59 a.m., PrivatBank reported that the technical glitch had been resolved, and transfers and payments were once again operating smoothly and without delays.

We should add that more than 5,000 Ukrainians have closed problematic loans taken out with PrivatBank.
As a reminder, on the morning of August 15, Ukrainians began complaining en masse about problems with cashless payments. In stores and supermarkets, card payments and transactions via terminals were either difficult to process or failed entirely.
PrivatBank reported a technical glitch affecting several of its services. The bank is already working to resolve the issue and assures customers that all functions should return to normal operation shortly.
