Light wet snow is forecast in the Carpathians. Temperatures there will range from 3° below freezing to 2° above freezing throughout the day.
In Kyiv and the surrounding region—no precipitation, cloudy with some sunny intervals. Northeast wind, 7–12 m/s.
Temperatures in the capital:
— at night around 0°;
— during the day 10–12°F.
In the Kyiv region, temperatures at night will range from 2°F to 3°F below freezing, and during the day — 8–13°F above freezing.
