The parents of a girl from the Kharkiv region were punished for their daughter's profane Russian song on the Walk of Fame
In the Kharkiv region, the parents of a 12-year-old girl were held administratively liable for failing to properly raise their child after she filmed a video set to a Russian-language song containing profanity on the Walk of Fame in Bohodukhiv.
Law enforcement officers discovered the video, which was recorded against the backdrop of memorial portraits of fallen defenders of Ukraine, while monitoring social media.
Juvenile prevention officers identified the minor and held a preventive discussion with her and her parents regarding adherence to standards of behavior in public places and respectful treatment of memorial sites. The parents were issued an administrative citation under Part 1 of Article 184 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses for failing to properly fulfill their parental responsibilities.

In the city of Lozova in the Kharkiv region, two underage girls were dancing to Russian music in front of photos of fallen Ukrainian defenders displayed on the Alley of Glory and were filming it on video. Juvenile police officers discovered the video while monitoring social media and identified the participants in the incident as girls aged 12 and 13.
As a reminder, a video appeared on social media showing a perpetrator attempting to set fire to flags erected in honor of Ukraine’s fallen defenders near the Independence Monument in the center of the capital. No one detained the young man at the scene of the vandalism immediately after the incident.
A few days later, law enforcement authorities detained the vandal who had attempted to burn the flags.
