Detective Magamedrasulov stated that there were no obstacles to accessing the case files

Ruslan Magamedrasulov, head of a NABU branch, stated that he is not being prevented from reviewing the materials of the criminal case in which he is a suspect.

According to him, the pretrial investigation has already been completed, but the case remains open. At the same time, Magamedrasulov claims that pressure on him continues.

The detective also reported that the items seized during searches have been returned to him, but his access to state secrets has not yet been restored. He said he continues to work at NABU.

As a reminder, in 2025, the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) notified Magamedrasulov that he was suspected of aiding an aggressor state. The detective himself denies the charges.
