Rain and strong winds are expected in Ukraine on April 23
On Wednesday, April 23, weather conditions in Ukraine will deteriorate significantly as atmospheric fronts pass through the country. Forecasters predict rain across nearly the entire country, along with strong winds and storm-force gusts.
This was reported by meteorologist Natalka Didenko on Telegram and by the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center.
