The State Tax Service has reminded taxpayers that the deadline for filing tax returns is April 30
The State Tax Service of Ukraine has reminded citizens that the 2025 income tax filing campaign has ended.
This was reported by the State Tax Service of Ukraine.
The deadline for filing the declaration of assets and income is April 30, 2026.
Citizens who received income that was not fully taxed are required to file a declaration. Specifically, this includes income from property rentals, foreign income, inheritances or gifts not from close relatives, investment income, as well as income received from sources other than tax agents.
Individual entrepreneurs under the general taxation system and persons engaged in independent professional activities must also file a declaration.
The agency noted that the taxes specified in the return—personal income tax and the military levy—must be paid by August 1, 2026.
The return can be filed online via the taxpayer’s electronic account or the “My Tax” app, as well as in person, through a representative, or by mail.
At the same time, citizens eligible for a tax credit may voluntarily file a return by December 31, 2026.
Earlier, Acting Head of the National Social Service of Ukraine Ihor Ilchenko reported 18,223 UAH in income on his 2025 electronic tax return.
Serhiy Tyurin, head of the Khmelnytskyi Regional Military Administration, has published his 2025 tax return. The main changes include an increase in salary and the absence from the return of a Kyiv apartment previously used by his son, Danylo.
