Yermak faces suspension of his license to practice law

Andriy Yermak, the former head of the Office of the President, did not complete the required specialized training courses after resuming his legal practice, which could serve as grounds for disciplinary proceedings.

This was reported by “Schemes.”

According to journalists, Yermak’s profiles on the websites of the National Bar Association of Ukraine and the Higher School of Advocacy lack information regarding the completion of mandatory continuing legal education.
