Fedorov presented Pistorius with honey from the minefields and an "Azovstal" bracelet
During his visit to Kyiv, German Defense Minister Boris Pistorius received symbolic gifts from Ukrainian Defense Minister Mykhailo Fedorov. Among them were honey from minefields, salt from Soledar, and an "Azovstal" bracelet. The exchange of gifts took place during an official meeting between the two sides in the capital.
According to an Interfax-Ukraine correspondent, Pistorius presented Fedorov with a medal from the Federal Ministry of Defense.

In turn, the Ukrainian Defense Minister presented his German counterpart with symbolic gifts: honey from minefields, salt from Soledar (Bakhmut district of Donetsk region, currently under occupation), an “Azovstal” bracelet, a “Lasar’s group” battle flag signed by “Lazar,” and a “Brave Germany” T-shirt.
As reported, Pistorius arrived in Kyiv on Monday for talks on expanding cooperation with Ukraine in the defense industry. Together with Fedorov, he signed a Letter of Intent between the ministries regarding cooperation in the field of defense technology innovation.
In Kyiv, Pistorius announced a strategic partnership between Ukraine and Germany.
