Photo: Former Presidential Office Head Yermak Opens New Law Firm
Andriy Yermak, former head of the Office of the President and attorney, has become a co-founder of the law firm “Edvox,” which was registered on June 23 in Vinnytsia.
Lawyer Zhanna Grushko became the firm’s second co-founder and managing partner. The firm’s authorized capital is 100,000 UAH: Grushko contributed 60,000 UAH, and Yermak contributed 40,000 UAH.
According to the publication, the registered address of the new law firm is the same as that of Zhanna Grushko’s law center. It is also noted that in late May 2026, Andriy Yermak registered a sole proprietorship with its primary activity in the field of law.

Investigators are insisting on keeping Yermak in custody with a probable bail set at 180 million UAH, given the scale of the financial transactions in the “Dynasty” cottage community. The judge continues to review procedural issues and is setting a schedule for further hearings.
On the evening of May 11, after receiving a notice of suspicion from the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office, Andriy Yermak, former head of the Office of the President of Ukraine, stated that he would not comment on the matter during the investigation.
