Thunderstorms will sweep across most of Ukraine: weather forecast for May 18
On Monday, May 18, rain and thunderstorms are expected across Ukraine, affecting a significant portion of the country in some areas. Despite the unstable weather, temperatures will rise to 26°C, maintaining the spring warmth.

Today in Ukraine, it will be cloudy with some sunny intervals. Moderate rain, with thunderstorms in some areas; most eastern regions will remain dry. In the morning, fog is expected in some areas of the east, southeast, Zakarpattia, and the Carpathians. The wind will be predominantly northwesterly, 5-10 m/s. Daytime temperatures will range from 18-23°C, reaching up to 26°C in the east of the country.
In Kyiv and the surrounding region, it will be cloudy with some sunny intervals today. Moderate rain is expected across the region, with thunderstorms in some areas; in Kyiv, there will be brief showers. The wind will be northwesterly, 5-10 m/s. Daytime temperatures in the region will range from 18-23°C, and in Kyiv from 19-21°C.
