Spain will help modernize Ukraine's air navigation system
Spain will participate in the restoration and modernization of Ukraine’s air navigation infrastructure. Specifically, the Spanish government will fund the preparation of a feasibility study for the restoration of Ukraine’s air traffic control system.
During the Spanish delegation’s visit to Ukraine, the parties signed a series of agreements aimed at modernizing the air navigation system in accordance with European standards.
Specifically, ALG Indra Consulting will develop a roadmap for the phased restoration of the system, while Ukraerorukh and Indra signed a memorandum of understanding on a long-term partnership in the areas of air traffic management, digital transformation, navigation, and post-war infrastructure restoration.
The Ministry of Development noted that the signed agreements are expected to be an important step toward the restoration of Ukraine’s civil aviation and its integration into the European airspace.
