Historian and blogger Vitaliy Dribnytsia has suspended his broadcasts due to a serious illness
Well-known historian and blogger Vitaliy Dribnytsia, who has hundreds of thousands of followers, announced that he is suspending his live streams due to a serious illness. Because of his health, he has decided to take a temporary break from live streaming.
The creator of the “Vox Veritatis” (“Voice of Truth”) channel has been battling cancer for many years and has now traveled to Berlin for treatment.

On Telegram, the blogger announced that there would be no new videos for some time.
“Greetings to all group members and subscribers! For a month, or perhaps a little longer, there will be no new videos on my channels. I am in Germany, in a suburb of Berlin, undergoing treatment,” Vitaliy wrote.
The 61-year-old blogger has been battling cancer for nearly 10 years. After his latest round of chemotherapy, his condition deteriorated significantly. A fundraiser was organized to help the renowned historian pay for treatment in Germany. People quickly reached the fundraising goal, prompting Vitaliy to ask several times that no further donations be sent.
Who is Vitaliy Dribnytsia?
A blogger and historian living in Bila Tserkva, he has a degree in history and taught at the Bila Tserkva College of Humanities and Education. Furthermore, Vitaliy is a co-author of Ukrainian history textbooks for general education schools. Dribnytsia is also a permanent member of the jury for the fourth stage of the All-Ukrainian Student History Olympiad.
In 2021, he began blogging, refuting pro-Russian narratives about Ukraine in conversations with Russians via video chat. During the full-scale invasion, his YouTube channel “Vox Veritatis” (“Voice of Truth”) became one of the symbols of public dialogue with Russians, refuting hostile narratives against Ukraine. It has nearly 600,000 subscribers.
