The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has once again approved the draft of the new Customs Code. The document has already been submitted to the Verkhovna Rada for consideration.

"We are resuming substantive dialogue with parliamentarians regarding the new draft Customs Code. Today, the government has reapproved this draft and submitted it to the Verkhovna Rada, as required by law. This is one of the key bills in the process of European integration,” Koretsky wrote on his Telegram channel.

The Prime Minister emphasized that the government is counting on effective and productive work on the document together with members of parliament regarding each of its provisions.

"The new version of the Customs Code is intended to ensure the transformation of Ukrainian customs into a modern, European-style secure border," he added.

This was announced by Ukrainian Prime Minister Serhiy Koretskyi.

The Cabinet of Ministers has appointed a new head of the Prime Minister’s Office.
