Khmara Identified Germany's Main Air Threats

Ukrainian Defense Minister Yevhen Khmara discussed strengthening Ukraine’s air defense with German Defense Minister Boris Pistorius.

According to Khmara, Russia is intensifying its aerial attacks, and jet-powered drones and ballistic missiles are currently among the key threats.

The parties also discussed funding for Ukraine’s defense needs and the development of joint weapons production. Khmara emphasized that support from partners remains critically important.

Separately, the ministers prepared for the “Ramstein” format meeting, which will take place next week.

Earlier, “Nova Poshta” reversed its decision to fire employees involved in the incident with a stray dog in Sloviansk. The company stated that the employees will remain on the job, and the incident itself served as a reason to review the rules for handling animals at its branches.

On August 7, “Nova Poshta” reported that it had found a dog that employees at one of its branches had chased out onto the street during a heat wave. The company responded to the situation after the story gained public attention.
