Kyivstar is changing its terms and conditions for business customers effective September 29

Kyivstar is changing its terms and conditions for business customers effective September 29

Starting September 29, 2026, Kyivstar will stop enrolling new corporate customers in the “Business Start” plan. This plan offered a 35% discount on the rate for the first six months. However, those who are already using this offer will not lose their discount early.

Kyivstar is changing the terms for new corporate customers. Starting September 29, the operator will discontinue the special “Business Start” offer. It was intended for legal entities and sole proprietors who had not previously used Kyivstar’s business plans. Under its terms, new customers received a 35% discount on their monthly fee for the first six months. In September, the following rates applied under this offer:

  • “Stay Connected” — 260 hryvnias per month instead of 400 hryvnias;
  • “On the Line Unlimited” — 390 hryvnias instead of 600 hryvnias;
  • “On the Line Unlimited+” — 650 hryvnias instead of 1,000 hryvnias.

In other words, the biggest savings were on the “On the Line Unlimited+” plan—customers paid 350 hryvnias less each month during the discount period.

What will happen to those who have already signed up for “Business Start”?

For current participants in the offer, these changes do not mean an automatic loss of the discount. Customers who have already signed up for “Business Start” will be able to use it until the end of the six-month period specified in the terms and conditions.

In other words, if a business has already taken advantage of the offer and is receiving a 35% discount, it will not be canceled on September 29. It will remain in effect for the duration of the original term. The situation will be different for those who wish to sign up for a business plan after September 29. “Business Start” will not be available to new corporate subscribers.

What Kyivstar Will Offer Instead of “Business Start”

Instead of this offer, the operator plans to launch a new program called “Buy More.” It will operate on a different principle. The discount will depend on the number of connected lines—corporate customers will receive a reduction in their monthly subscription fee for each line.

Thus, starting September 29, for new business customers, it won’t just be the name of the special offer that changes. Instead of a fixed 35% discount for six months, the operator will offer a different savings model based on the number of connected numbers. Kyivstar explained the change by stating that the company is updating its business offerings. “We analyze business needs and adapt our services to meet market demands. That is why ‘Business Start’ is being replaced by a new program that will allow corporate clients to enjoy even more benefits,” the company stated.

Thus, September 29 will be the last day when new corporate clients can sign up for “Business Start.” For those already using the offer, the terms will remain in effect until the end of their six-month period, according to the operator.

As a result of another Russian attack on September 17, a building in the Kyiv region housing equipment belonging to the mobile operator “Kyivstar” was damaged.
