Kolomoyskyi was not brought to the TSK hearing due to restrictions imposed by a court order
Businessman Ihor Kolomoyskyi was not brought to the meeting of the Verkhovna Rada’s Temporary Investigative Commission on March 27.
This was reported by MP Oleksiy Goncharenko.
According to him, the court denied permission for his delivery because the date of the meeting fell outside the scope of the current ruling extending the preventive measure in the form of detention.
The response from the Shevchenkivskyi District Court of Kyiv stated that granting permission to bring Kolomoyskyi to the Kyiv City Council session hall is impossible for legal reasons.
Goncharenko called the situation a repeat of previous incidents and cited new obstacles to the commission’s work.
Kolomoyskyi recently lost his Ukrainian citizenship.
Kolomoyskyi requested that his case challenging the sanctions be consolidated with Poroshenko’s lawsuit.
