Exchange Rates as of August 11: The Dollar and the Euro Have Risen in Value
On the morning of August 11, 2026, major foreign currencies continued to rise in value in Ukraine. The average selling rate for the dollar at currency exchange offices rose to 44.93 UAH, and for the euro to 51.95 UAH.
Exchange rates at the largest banks also changed. Today, the dollar can be bought starting at 45.00 UAH, and the euro starting at 52.10 UAH.
According to the Ministry of Finance, as of the morning of August 11, the average exchange rate for the dollar at currency exchange offices was 44.93 UAH for selling and 44.80 UAH for buying. Over the past 24 hours, the U.S. dollar rose by 8 kopecks on the sell side and by 7 kopecks on the buy side.
The euro is being sold at currency exchange offices at an average of 51.95 UAH and bought at 51.72 UAH. Compared to the previous day, the rate rose by 15 kopecks for selling and by 12 kopecks for buying.
On August 11, PrivatBank is selling the dollar at its branches for 45.05 UAH, which is 10 kopecks more than the previous day. For card transactions, the exchange rate is 45.04 UAH.
The euro can be purchased at the bank’s branches for 52.15 UAH, and for card transactions, the rate is 52.35 UAH.
Oschadbank is selling the dollar for 45.00 UAH via “Mobile Oschad,” and has set the rate for card transactions at 45.20 UAH. The euro can be purchased in the app for 52.10 UAH, while the rate for card transactions is 52.35 UAH.
FUIB sells the dollar at its branches for 45.20 UAH, and at the commercial rate—45.00 UAH. The euro costs 52.30 UAH at the bank’s teller windows.
Monobank is selling the dollar at 45.03 UAH, with no change in the exchange rate compared to the previous day. The euro rose by 18 kopecks to 52.24 UAH.
Among the largest banks, the best place to buy the U.S. dollar on August 11 is at PUMB’s commercial rate and through “Mobile Oschad”—at 45.00 UAH.
Next in terms of value is PrivatBank at its branches—45.05 UAH. PrivatBank’s and Monobank’s card services offer the dollar at 45.04 and 45.03 UAH, respectively.
The U.S. dollar is most expensive at Oschadbank for card transactions and at PUMB branches—at 45.20 UAH.
Oschadbank set the lowest selling rate for the euro today via “Mobile Oschad”—52.10 UAH.
At PrivatBank branches, the euro costs 52.15 UAH; at Monobank, 52.24 UAH; and at PUMB, 52.30 UAH.
The highest euro selling rate among the banks listed—52.35 UAH—was set by the card services of PrivatBank and Oschadbank.
The highest buying rate for the U.S. dollar—44.70 UAH—is offered by Oschadbank via “Mobile Oschad” and by PUMB at the commercial rate.
At Oschadbank, the dollar is bought at 44.65 UAH for card transactions, at Monobank at 44.63 UAH, and at PUMB branches at 44.60 UAH.
PrivatBank buys the dollar at 44.60 UAH at the card exchange rate and at 44.45 UAH at its branches.
The best rate for selling euros is at Oschadbank via “Mobile Oschad” and at PUMB branches—51.60 UAH.
Monobank and Oschadbank buy euros at 51.55 UAH for card transactions, while PrivatBank buys them at 51.50 UAH via card transactions.
The lowest euro buying rate among the banks listed—51.15 UAH—was set by PrivatBank at its branches.
