The Neptune watch was released in honor of the attack on the cruiser Moskva
The Ukrainian manufacturer Kleynod – Ukrainian Watches has unveiled its new Neptune watch collection, dedicated to Ukraine’s defenders and the people who helped shift the balance of power in the Black Sea. The first watch in this symbolic series was presented to Oleksiy Neizhpap, Commander of the Ukrainian Navy.
The collection is named after the Ukrainian “Neptune” missile system, which has become one of the symbols of the struggle at sea.
With this new collection, Ukrainian watchmakers sought to express their gratitude and respect to the servicemen who continue to fight against the Russian occupiers.
The series’ name, “Neptune,” refers to one of the most iconic episodes of the conflict in the Black Sea—the destruction of the Russian missile cruiser “Moscow.”
Symbolically, the first watch from the new series was presented to Vice Admiral Oleksiy Neizhpap, Commander of the Naval Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Upon receiving the watch, the Navy commander expressed his gratitude and emphasized the significance of the destruction of the Russian cruiser “Moscow.” According to him, this event marked a defining moment in the struggle.
At the same time, Neizhpap noted that the conflict is not over. The Ukrainian Navy continues to defeat Russian occupiers on land, at sea, and in the air every day.
The sinking of the cruiser “Moscow” was one of the most iconic episodes in Ukraine’s struggle against Russian forces in the Black Sea. This event in particular became a symbol of the changing situation in the region.
At the same time, Kleynod – Ukrainian Watches emphasized that the sinking of the Russian cruiser remains just one episode in a struggle that continues to this day.
“Undoubtedly, the sinking of the ‘Moscva’ is a landmark episode in the struggle that continues to this day, and there are still many more events to come that the entire country can be proud of,” the statement reads.
The new Neptune series is designed to honor Ukrainian defenders—both men and women—and the people whose actions have permanently shifted the balance of power in the Black Sea region.
