In the Mykolaiv region, a hospital director is suspected of causing 15 million hryvnia in losses
The head of a hospital in the Mykolaiv region has been notified that he is suspected of official negligence, which, according to the investigation, caused losses to the state budget totaling more than 15 million hryvnias.
The investigation established that between 2023 and 2025, the medical facility received funding from the National Health Service of Ukraine (NSZU) under the Medical Guarantees Program, despite lacking the necessary equipment and specialists to provide certain services it claimed to offer.
At the same time, data on medical services that the hospital was actually unable to provide in the declared volume and in accordance with established requirements were entered into the electronic health care system.
Based on this information, the National Health Service of Ukraine (NSZU) transferred budget funds to the facility. The hospital director has been notified of the allegations, and only a court can determine final guilt.
