Power has been restored to most consumers in the Odesa region following a massive attack
In the Odesa region, efforts are underway to address the aftermath of a massive Russian missile and drone attack that took place on the night of August 9. This was reported by Oleg Kipper, head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration.
Over the past 24 hours, utility workers have restored power to 226,700 customers. Currently, power has been restored to nearly all critical infrastructure facilities and two-thirds of the households that were left without electricity due to the shelling.
Repair crews continue to work around the clock. At the same time, utility workers are urging residents of the region to use electricity sparingly to avoid overloading the restored equipment. According to Ukrenergo, as of the morning of August 10, new power outages have also been reported in the Donetsk, Dnipropetrovsk, Kharkiv, and Sumy regions due to fresh enemy shelling.

As of the morning of August 10, due to new Russian strikes on energy infrastructure, consumers in the Donetsk, Dnipropetrovsk, Kharkiv, and Sumy regions were left without power. Ukrenergo reported on the consequences of the attack.
As a reminder, a Russian attack on the Poltava region damaged a gas station and a business.
In Dnipro on Friday, August 7, a World Health Organization humanitarian warehouse was destroyed as a result of the attack. No people were on the premises at the time of the strike, and no casualties were reported.
Over the past 24 hours, the occupiers lost 1,130 soldiers and more than 400 pieces of military equipment.
In the Kherson region, one person was killed and two were wounded as a result of Russian shelling.
