The mandatory evacuation zone has been expanded in the Kherson region
Alexander Prokudin, head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration, announced during a briefing that, by decision of the Regional Defense Council, the villages of Krasnosilskoye and Charivne in the Borozenskoe community have been added to the list of settlements subject to mandatory evacuation.
In addition, due to the high risk to life, families with children are completely prohibited from entering these villages. Residents are advised to contact the regional contact center for assistance with evacuation and resettlement.
Also, in Kherson, repairs have been completed on two shelters in the Korabelny and Dniprovsky districts, which are regularly subjected to Russian shelling. The shelters are designed to accommodate up to 780 people at a time and are equipped with everything necessary for long-term protection. In addition, a new youth space for learning and recreation has been opened in one of the city’s shelters.
