The National Agency for Corruption Prevention has referred the case of the head of the Education Department of the Solomyanskyi District State Administration to court

The National Agency for Corruption Prevention has drawn up and submitted to the court a report on an administrative offense against Svitlana Panko, head of the Education Department of the Solomyanskyi District State Administration, regarding the late submission of her annual declaration. 

The report was drawn up following an investigation into a report of a possible corruption-related offense. 

Svitlana Panko has held the position of Head of the Education Department of the Solomyanskyi District for less than three months. It is now up to the court to determine whether an administrative offense has been committed and to issue a corresponding ruling. The very fact that the NACP drew up a report and referred the case to court indicates that the agency sees sufficient grounds for a judicial review.
