Nova Poshta Increased Its Net Profit to 2.71 Billion Hryvnia in the First Half of the Year
Nova Poshta, a member of the Nova Group, significantly improved its financial performance in the first half of 2026. The carrier’s net profit increased 2.3 times compared to the same period last year, reaching 2.71 billion UAH.
The relevant data is included in the company’s interim condensed financial statements.
The company also reported revenue growth: revenue for the first six months of the year increased by 31.7% to UAH 32.5 billion.
This positive trend indicates further business expansion and growth in Nova Poshta’s operations on the Ukrainian market.
During this period, Nova Poshta also increased its gross profit by 17.3% to 6.04 billion UAH.
The company’s operating profit grew by 2.7% compared to the same period last year, reaching 2.39 billion UAH.
Second-Quarter Results
The company’s revenue in the second quarter of this year increased by 36.7% compared to the same period last year, reaching 17.5 billion UAH, while net profit rose 1.6-fold to 1.43 billion UAH.
The company’s gross profit for the second quarter rose by 17.1% compared to the same period last year—to 3.33 billion UAH—while operating profit increased by 12.7%—to 1.5 billion UAH.

According to the report, as of June 30 of this year, Nova Poshta had 12.03 billion UAH in equity against total assets of 31.5 billion UAH, which is less than the figures as of December 31, 2025 — 13.4 billion UAH and 33.8 billion UAH, respectively.
As of mid-July 2026, Nova Poshta had 54,700 service points: 16,800 branches and 37,900 parcel lockers throughout Ukraine.
