The Gulliver shopping mall will be put up for sale for more than $200 million

The state-owned Oschadbank and Ukreximbank have decided to sell the Gulliver multifunctional complex in Kyiv through an open auction. The starting price for the property will be $207 million, and the lot is scheduled to be officially announced in early September.

The supervisory boards of Oschadbank and Ukreximbank have decided to put the Gulliver multifunctional complex in central Kyiv up for public sale. This is one of the largest commercial real estate properties in Ukraine. The sale will take place via the Prozorro.Sales electronic system. The banks note that this format is intended to ensure an open and competitive bidding process for all potential investors.

The lot is scheduled to be officially published in early September 2026. At that time, the exact date of the auction, the terms of participation, and the procedure for submitting bids will be announced. The starting price for the complex will be $207 million.

Oschadbank CEO Yuriy Katsion believes that the sale of such a large asset will send an important signal to the market. “For us, this is first and foremost a story about investment. The sale of Gulliver will send an important signal to Ukrainian and international investors that legal mechanisms to protect creditors’ rights are in place in Ukraine, and that large investment assets can return to the open market and be sold transparently and on competitive terms,” he said. The bank emphasizes that all details of the auction will be made public simultaneously with the listing of the lot in the Prozorro.Sales system.
