Nova Poshta reported on the aftermath of the strike on the terminal in Kryvyi Rih
As a result of this morning’s Russian attack on Kryvyi Rih, the “Nova Poshta” sorting terminal was damaged. The company reported that none of its employees were injured.
Representatives of Nova Poshta noted that they are currently assessing the extent of the damage and working to address the consequences of the strike. They promised to provide the necessary information to senders whose packages were destroyed or damaged and to carry out the appropriate compensation procedures.
“The most important thing is that our employees were not harmed, as at the time of the attack, everyone was in shelters set up on the premises of the logistics facility. The lives of our team and our customers are our absolute priority,” Nova Poshta emphasized.
Emergency services are currently on site, working to address the aftermath of the attack.
Consequences of the Attack and Compensation
In response to false information circulating online, “Nova Poshta” emphasized that it continues to operate as usual.
"Over the years of full-scale war, we have built a system that allows us to respond quickly to such challenges. The company has already activated backup logistics plans, so deliveries are currently proceeding without significant changes, and the network is operating as usual,” the statement reads.
The company promised to reimburse customers 100% of the declared value of destroyed shipments. Representatives of Nova Poshta will contact each owner of a damaged package directly to process the reimbursement.
"Nova Poshta" added that customers can also personally submit a request for reimbursement.

This was reported with reference to the company’s official statement.
"Nova Poshta" has launched nighttime delivery to parcel lockers.
Earlier, the logistics company “Nova Poshta” warned citizens about the appearance of fake job postings online that are being circulated in its name. Fraudsters are illegally copying the company’s logo and exploiting the well-known brand to trick users into clicking on dangerous links.
In addition, the “Nova” Group of Companies, which includes Ukraine’s largest private postal operator, “Nova Poshta,” is in negotiations to acquire a bank and plans to establish the country’s first financial inclusion bank. According to sources in the financial market and at the National Bank of Ukraine, the process is in its final stages and could be completed by the end of summer 2026.
