The baby care package was supplemented with a booklet of Ukrainian lullabies
Every “Baby Care Package” purchased in 2026 now includes a booklet titled “The First Lullaby” featuring a QR code that links to the “Lullaby Museum” digital platform. This was announced by the Ministry of Social Policy.
The platform features a collection of Ukrainian lullabies from various regions of the country. The booklets will also be distributed through maternity hospitals, foster and support families, as well as family-type children’s homes.
The ministry called on Ukrainian families to join the #LullabyForBaby flash mob—to sing a Ukrainian lullaby to their child, record a video, and post it on social media with the corresponding hashtag.
In July, 3,000 “Baby Packages” were already shipped to the regions, and a total of over 30,000 sets have been purchased for Ukrainian families this year. If they wish, parents can choose a cash payment of 8,451 UAH instead of the package.
Each “Baby Package” contains about 90 essential items for caring for a newborn, including clothing, a blanket, a mattress, diapers, hygiene products, and toys.
