Grigorishin, an oligarch wanted by the authorities, has been placed on Ukraine's most-wanted list
Law enforcement officials have formally charged a businessman in absentia with embezzlement on a particularly large scale.
Sanctioned oligarch Konstantin Grigorishin has appeared in the Interior Ministry’s wanted persons database. His photo was published in the section for individuals hiding from pre-trial investigation authorities, with February 25, 2026, listed as the date of his disappearance.
The information was reported by Glavkom.
It is also known that there is a court order for Grigoryishin’s arrest for the purpose of considering a preventive measure.
Currently, the oligarch has the status of a suspect under Part 5 of Article 191 of the Criminal Code (Appropriation of another person’s property on an especially large scale). The penalty under this article provides for imprisonment for a term of seven to twelve years with confiscation of property.
