The weather in Ukraine on August 11 and 12 will be mostly hot and dry
On Tuesday, August 11, mostly dry weather is expected across Ukraine. Short-lived showers and thunderstorms during the day are possible only in some areas of the western and northern regions, according to the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center.
Winds will be mostly from the southwest, 7–12 m/s.
Nighttime temperatures will range from 13–18°, reaching up to 22° in the southern part of the country. Daytime temperatures will range from 26–31°.
In Kyiv, skies will be partly cloudy, with no precipitation at night and brief showers in some areas during the day. The wind will be from the southwest at 7–12 m/s. Nighttime temperatures will range from 16–18°, and daytime temperatures from 28–30°.
According to the Boris Sreznevsky Central Geophysical Observatory, the highest daytime temperature on August 11 in Kyiv was recorded in 1992 and 2015 at 34.7°C, while the lowest nighttime temperature—8.4° above zero—was recorded in 1919 and 1956.
On Wednesday, August 12, there will be no precipitation in Ukraine; only in the southeastern part of the country and in Crimea will there be brief showers and thunderstorms in some areas during the day.
The wind will be from the northwest at 7–12 m/s.
Temperatures will range from 11–16° at night to 22–27° during the day. In the south and east of the country, temperatures will range from 15–20° at night to 28–33° during the day.
In Kyiv, no precipitation is expected; the wind will be from the northwest at 7–12 m/s. Temperatures will range from 13–15° at night to 23–25° during the day.

According to data from the Boris Sreznevsky Central Geophysical Observatory, the average monthly air temperature in Kyiv in July was 20.8°C, which is 0.5°C below the climatic norm.
The Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center has issued a warning about heat reaching 38° and a fire hazard.
