Weather in Ukraine on June 12: Forecasters predict squalls and downpours
A powerful weather front on Friday, June 12, will bring contrasting and, in some places, hazardous weather to Ukraine, with significant precipitation and a sharp drop in temperatures in certain regions.
The storm will move in from the west, causing significant temperature fluctuations across the entire country.
According to an expert, over the next 24 hours, various parts of the country will see “a wide range of meteorological phenomena.” The weather conditions will be accompanied by thunderstorms, gusty winds, squalls, and hail.
At the same time, some regions will experience heavy downpours, and thermometers will show both heat up to +30 °C and a sharp drop in temperature to +11…+15 °C.
Natalka Didenko explained that it is “the atmospheric front that will bring us all these colorful meteorological treats.”
Residents of the western regions will be the first to feel the drop in temperature, as the cold front will directly affect those areas.
Temperatures in these regions will drop to +11…+15 °C. At the same time, hot weather will persist in eastern Ukraine, with temperatures ranging from +27…+30 °C.
In most other regions, the average temperature during the day will range from a moderate +24…+28 °C.
Precipitation of varying intensity is forecast in all regions of the country due to the movement of frontal systems. The expert warned that “rain is expected everywhere as the atmospheric front passes through.”
She also noted that “at times, the rain may turn into heavy downpours,” so there is a very high probability of thunderstorms during the bad weather.

Weather forecast for June 3 for Ukraine and Kyiv
