The German Embassy will not evacuate from Kyiv despite threats from Russia
The German Embassy in Ukraine has stated that it will continue its operations in Kyiv despite new threats from Russia and calls to leave the Ukrainian capital.
This was reported by Interfax-Ukraine.
The diplomatic mission assured that no changes in operations or staffing are planned.
“Our embassy continues to operate as usual in accordance with our security concept. We are not withdrawing staff or making any other changes to the staff composition. The German Embassy is here in Kyiv—on Ukraine’s side,” the embassy stated.
