Law enforcement officials are conducting extensive searches at the U420 chain of stores
Under the procedural guidance of the Office of the Prosecutor General, the National Police of Ukraine has launched a series of searches at stores belonging to the well-known U420 chain.

The investigative actions cover various company facilities and are being carried out as part of an investigation into the activities of a criminal organization.
Criminal proceedings have been initiated under several serious articles of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
Specifically, these include the creation of and participation in a criminal organization, the illegal sale of narcotics, and the laundering of proceeds obtained through criminal means.
Law enforcement agencies have been systematically working to expose this network for a long time. “Documentation of the network’s activities has been ongoing since December 2025,” which allowed for the collection of evidence to carry out the current operation.
According to official data, investigators suspect the network’s management and employees of large-scale fraud.
Police are examining the supply chains of goods and the sources of the company’s financial assets, which may be linked to illicit trafficking.
At this time, details of the searches and the list of seized physical evidence are not being disclosed in the interests of the investigation.
“All details will be made public after the conclusion of the proceedings,” when law enforcement officials will be able to provide a complete picture of the criminal scheme.
