Prince Harry called on Putin from Kyiv to stop the war

During an unannounced visit to Kyiv, Prince Harry called on Russian dictator Vladimir Putin to end the war against Ukraine.

This was reported by The Guardian.

In his appeal, he emphasized that no country benefits from ongoing human losses and that there is still an opportunity to stop the war and prevent further suffering.

According to the Duke of Sussex, the protracted nature of the fighting only leads to new losses and does not bring a real victory to either side.

He emphasized that he came to Ukraine not as a politician, but as a soldier and humanitarian who understands the cost of war.

Prince Harry also noted that the war in Ukraine is a struggle not only for territory but also for values and sovereignty, and the world must not grow accustomed to its consequences.

During his speech at the Kyiv Security Forum, Prince Harry stated that the United States plays a key role in Russia’s war against Ukraine and must demonstrate leadership for the sake of global stability.

British Prince Harry made his third visit to Ukraine—this time, the trip took place without an official announcement.
