Zelenskyy held a meeting with Aliyev in Azerbaijan
During his visit to Azerbaijan, Volodymyr Zelenskyy met with President Ilham Aliyev. The two leaders discussed cooperation between their countries and emphasized their mutual support. He shared this on Facebook and posted photos of the meeting.
During his working visit to Azerbaijan, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy met with the country’s President Ilham Aliyev, and the talks took place in a businesslike and calm atmosphere with an emphasis on further cooperation between the two nations. After the meeting, the Ukrainian president shared photos and briefly summarized the results of the talks.

In his post, Zelenskyy noted: “Important talks. Mutual respect and cooperation that strengthen both our nations.” This phrase became the main message of the meeting, during which the parties, according to preliminary reports, discussed the development of bilateral relations and further contacts between Ukraine and Azerbaijan.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy arrived in Saudi Arabia, where he plans to meet with Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman Al Saud.
Zelenskyystated that negotiations regarding Ukraine cannot wait for the end of the war in Iran.
