The "Reserve+" app is back online — Ministry of Defense
Login and the main features of the “Reserve+” app are once again operating as usual. The service resumed operations on the evening of September 1.
The Ministry of Defense noted:
To use Reserve+, update the app to the latest version on the App Store or Google Play.
Some users may still encounter difficulties. We are finalizing efforts to resolve these issues.
The app’s functionality was restored through the joint efforts of teams from the Ministry of Defense and the National Bank of Ukraine.

Reserve+ had previously received an update, and the Ministry of Defense had warned of glitches.
Prior to this, the Reserve+ app experienced a major outage, and data was not being updated.
Prior to that, on the evening of August 22, the “Army+” app and some of the “Reserve+” services were temporarily unavailable due to technical work on the “Trembita” system. The work was scheduled to last from 8:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., and the Ministry of Defense warned that restoring all services might take longer.
On August 18, PrivatBank experienced technical issues with several of its services. Customers report that they are unable to pay with their cards when making purchases.
