In July, Ukrainian defense forces struck 14 bridges and dozens of Russian military facilities
Throughout July 2026, the Ukrainian military carried out systematic strikes against the operational rear and logistics of the Russian occupiers in the Donetsk, Luhansk, Kherson, and Zaporizhzhia regions, in Crimea, and on the territory of the Russian Federation.
This was reported by the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.
Key results of the Defense Forces’ operations over the past month:
• Disruption of logistics: 14 railway and road bridges, overpasses, and crossings were destroyed (including the “Sivash” bridge near Chongar, railway bridges in Luhansk and Donetsk regions, the bridge across the Henichesk Strait, etc.).
• Weakening of air defense and electronic warfare capabilities: S-400, “Buk,” “Pantsir-S2,” and “Nebo-U” radar systems were destroyed or damaged, as were the “Murmansk-BN” and “Pole-21” electronic warfare stations.
• Strikes against aviation and UAVs: more than 10 command posts and drone launch bases were hit; at least 7 aircraft (Su-30, Su-30SM, Su-24) were destroyed or damaged at the “Saki” airfield; hangars containing “Shahed” drones at the “Gvardeyskoye” airfield were destroyed; an aircraft factory workshop in Yevpatoria and the Project 10410 patrol ship “Svetlyak” in Kerch were struck.
• Fuel infrastructure: Strikes were carried out against an oil terminal in Kerch, an oil depot in Shakhtarsk, a fuel convoy near Tokmak, and a tanker in the Black Sea.
The Ministry of Defense emphasized that the comprehensive destruction of logistics, air defense systems, and warehouses reduces the Russian Federation’s military’s ability to conduct offensive operations.
