On Monday, July 27, the court is considering a motion to impose a preventive measure on the organizer of a weapons exhibition in the Kyiv region, during which 11 people were killed on July 24.
The prosecutor’s office noted that prosecutors are insisting on applying the strictest preventive measure to the suspect—detention without the right to bail.
As a reminder, the death toll from the tragedy rose to 11 after a 66-year-old Ukrainian citizen, a diplomat of the Order of Malta, died in the hospital from his injuries. The investigation into the circumstances of the incident is ongoing.
