The court upheld the pretrial detention order for Yermak
The Appeals Chamber of the High Anti-Corruption Court reviewed an appeal against the pretrial measure imposed on Andriy Yermak, former head of the Office of the President. Following the review, the court upheld the original decision. Yermak had challenged the pretrial measure previously imposed on him.

The investigating judge stated:
"The ruling of the investigating judge of the High Anti-Corruption Court... shall remain unchanged. The appeals are denied."
The ruling is not subject to appeal.
After the hearing concluded, Yermak stated that he would remain in Ukraine and continue to assist the military.
