Satellites have detected damage to two Russian oil depots in Crimea

In the temporarily occupied Crimea, satellite imagery has confirmed damage to at least two Russian oil depots following strikes by the Ukrainian Armed Forces. The imagery shows destroyed storage tanks, with some fuel tanks sustaining critical damage. This information comes from the "Schemes" project.

It is noted that the strikes were carried out between April 15 and 16 by Ukrainian Armed Forces drone systems targeting Russian facilities in the temporarily occupied Crimea.

Photos from the area of the village of Oktiabrske show damage to at least one tank, which suffered serious destruction after being hit. In the Hlybokyi Yar area, the situation is even more extensive—the destruction and damage of at least five tanks of various sizes have been recorded.

The report states: “According to satellite photos, at least one tank has been damaged at the oil depot in Oktiabrskyi. Damage is also visible on the tanks at the oil depot near Hlybokyi Yar. Here, at least five tanks of various sizes have been destroyed or damaged.”

The Ukrainian Armed Forces’ Unmanned Systems Forces emphasize that such operations will continue and are aimed at systematically weakening Russian military infrastructure. They stress: “Our goal remains unchanged—to systematically weaken the enemy until its forces are completely exhausted.”

On the front lines, Ukrainian Armed Forces soldiers eliminated Yuriy Hrytsenko, known as the “Zelenograd maniac.” After serving his sentence, he joined the war against Ukraine.

On April 14, Russian troops struck the Pechenizke Reservoir in the Kharkiv region with guided aerial bombs.
