Pavlyuk, the shadow supervisor of the servants, was drunk behind the wheel during the traffic accident
The driver of the Lexus—who, according to a source at “Ukrainska Pravda,” was businessman Ilya Pavlyuk—had a blood alcohol level of 2.46 per mille at the time of the traffic accident in the Vinnytsia region on August 15.
The accident occurred in the evening. According to preliminary police reports, the driver of a Ford veered into the oncoming lane and collided with the Lexus. After the impact, the Lexus, carried by momentum, crashed into a Volkswagen Passat.
After the accident, the Lexus driver left the scene in another car. Later, patrol officers stopped him at one of the checkpoints.
A breathalyzer test showed that the Ford driver was also under the influence of alcohol—1.6 per mille. The driver of the Volkswagen Passat was sober.
The vehicles were impounded. The police have opened a criminal case under Part 1 of Article 286-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
