Fuel Prices in Ukraine on July 28: How Much Do Gasoline and Diesel Cost at Gas Stations?

As of July 28, 2026, Ukraine’s largest gas station chains had not changed the price of gasoline, while diesel fuel and automotive gas had risen slightly in price.

According to market monitoring data, the average price of A-95 gasoline remains at about 82 UAH per liter, while diesel fuel costs an average of 88.48 UAH per liter.

Compared to the previous day, the prices of A-92, A-95, A-95+, and A-100 gasoline remained unchanged. At the same time, diesel fuel and autogas saw a slight increase in prices.

The highest fuel prices are traditionally found at gas stations belonging to the OKKO, WOG, and Socar chains.

Meanwhile, the most affordable fuel is offered by the “BRSM-Nafta” and “Ukrnafta” chains, which continue to rank among the leaders in terms of the lowest prices on the Ukrainian market.

Experts note that no significant fluctuations in fuel prices are currently being observed, and future price trends will depend on global oil prices, the exchange rate, and the situation on the domestic fuel market.

This is evidenced by market monitoring data.

As of July 26, Ukrainian gas station chains raised prices for diesel fuel, while the cost of gasoline and autogas remained largely unchanged.

As a reminder, as of July 24, 2026, Ukrainian gas station chains updated their fuel prices. The average price of A-95 gasoline rose to about 80.41 UAH per liter, and diesel fuel to 84.86 UAH per liter. The highest prices are currently being recorded at OKKO, WOG, and Socar stations.

During the conflict with the U.S. and the subsequent ceasefire, Iran exported oil worth a total of about $18 billion, according to Mohsen Paknejad, the Islamic Republic’s oil minister.
