The TCC has denied reports of "road blockades" and increased mobilization in Kyiv
No new or enhanced mobilization measures have been implemented in Kyiv, despite reports circulating on social media.
This was reported by the Kyiv City Territorial Center for Civil Protection and Emergency Situations.
Earlier, reports appeared online about the alleged closure of major roads and an increase in the number of patrols in the capital, which was presented as a tightening of mobilization measures.
The TCC refuted these claims. Officials emphasized that mobilization measures are proceeding as usual and have not changed.
“Mobilization measures are proceeding steadily; they cannot be intensified or reduced. There have been no changes to legislation or regulations,” the agency noted.
Thus, reports of alleged new restrictions or “roundups” in Kyiv have not been confirmed.
Additionally, in Vinnytsia region, the embezzlement of 5.6 million hryvnias in hospital procurement was uncovered.
