An explosion occurred at an ATB supermarket in Chernihiv; there are injuries
On March 22, 2026, an unknown object exploded at an ATB supermarket on Lyotna Street in Chernihiv, injuring four people.
The head of the city’s military administration, Dmytro Bryzhynskyi, confirmed the incident and reported that all the victims were promptly transported to medical facilities for treatment.
Investigative and operational teams, bomb disposal experts, and rescue workers are currently working at the scene to determine the origin of the object and the circumstances of its detonation.
As a reminder, on February 23, an explosion occurred at a closed gas station in Mykolaiv. As a result, seven employees of the Patrol Police Department were injured.
National Police Chief Ivan Vyhovsky recalled the terrorist attack against police officers in Lviv and stated that law enforcement agencies view these incidents as targeted attacks aimed at destabilizing the situation in the country.
