Electronic documents and a number of services are temporarily unavailable in the “Diya” app. These restrictions are due to ongoing technical work.

 

The state-owned enterprise announced this on Telegram.

“Documents and some services in ‘Diya’ are temporarily unavailable. The State Migration Service is conducting technical work,” the message states.

In particular, passports and driver’s licenses are currently unavailable in the app. “Diya” advises users to carry their paper or physical originals with them.

To verify your identity, you can use eDocument in “Diia.”

It is noted that specialists are already working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible and restore “Diia” to normal operation.

Earlier, PrivatBank experienced a system failure, and customers were unable to make payments.

In early September, the Reserve+ app experienced a major outage, and data is not being updated.

Prior to that, on the evening of August 22, the “Army+” app and some “Reserve+” services were temporarily unavailable due to technical work on the “Trembita” system.
