Mandatory evacuation has been ordered in two districts of Dnipropetrovsk Oblast
The Dubovykivska rural territorial community in the Synelnykivskyi district is implementing a mandatory general evacuation for all segments of the population.
The relevant order was signed by the head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration on May 18, 2026.
According to an official statement by the Dubovykivska Rural Territorial Community on Facebook, the order applies to residents of several settlements in the Chaplyne and Shevchenkivskyi starosta districts. Specifically, people are being urged to leave the village of Chaplyne, as well as the villages of Khutoro-Chaplyne, Petrykove, Rivne, and Zhuravlynka.
The decision to implement safety measures was made due to a serious deterioration in the security situation in the area, which poses a risk to the lives of local residents. The region is suffering from constant enemy shelling, which poses a direct threat to people’s health. Because of this, the authorities are urging citizens not to delay their departure and to relocate to safer regions of the country.
Evacuation measures will be carried out in a planned and organized manner. The population has been given 30 days to leave. It is specifically noted that the evacuation process is being carried out completely free of charge.
In addition, the authorities of Dnipropetrovsk Oblast are implementing measures for the mandatory evacuation of the population from the most dangerous areas of the Nikopol Raion.
