In Kramatorsk, Donetsk Oblast, operations at four Ukrposhta branches have been temporarily suspended. This decision was made due to the deteriorating security situation in the city.

The Kramatorsk City Council reported this on Telegram.

The city council emphasized that residents can continue to access a full range of postal and financial services at branches that remain open, including sending and receiving packages.

Earlier, Kramatorsk was left without water: where residents can get water for household use.

Russia launched a massive shelling of Kramatorsk, resulting in one fatality and several injuries.

In addition, on the morning of July 31, Russian troops attacked the Sloviansk community in Donetsk Oblast. The occupiers used a FAB-250 aerial bomb and an FPV drone, resulting in injuries to a civilian. The full extent of the attack is still being assessed.

Following the attack on Sloviansk, part of the community was left without power.
