The Ukrainian Armed Forces have launched the first simplified transfers of military personnel via Army+
The Armed Forces of Ukraine have begun processing the first simplified transfers of service members within the 16th and 19th Army Corps.
The Ministry of Defense noted that service members who submitted their requests at the start of the pilot program, meet the program’s criteria, and fall within the monthly quotas can now begin preparing for their transfers.
Once an application is approved, an order is generated automatically, and the commander of the military unit where the service member is currently stationed has up to 20 calendar days to prepare the necessary documents and arrange the transfer.
The pilot program allows service members from regular and attached units of the 16th and 19th Corps to change their place of service within their corps via the “Army+” app.
All stages of the report’s review are displayed directly in the app, allowing service members to track the status of their request.
The Ministry of Defense emphasized that testing of the program will continue until September 24, 2026.
It was also reported that the list of available military units and current vacancies has already been published on the official website, where service members can review transfer opportunities.

Earlier, an updated version of the “Defense Procurement 2.0” training course was released in the “Army+” app. The program now includes new materials on the procurement of unmanned aerial vehicles, electronic warfare systems, and Ukrainian drones, and incorporates the latest changes in legislation.
An electronic military registration document has been added to the Army+ app, allowing service members of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the State Special Transport Service (SSTS) to quickly verify their status using a smartphone.
