A company employee died in Kryvyi Rih at a depth of 210 meters
In Kryvyi Rih, mine rescue workers from the State Emergency Service recovered the body of an employee of a mining company who died while working at a depth of 210 meters.
Before the rescuers arrived, his colleagues attempted to provide first aid, but were unable to save him due to his severe injuries.
Upon arrival at the scene, the mine rescue team, together with law enforcement officers, inspected the site and documented a severe head injury. The victim’s body was transported to the surface and handed over to the relevant authorities.
Law enforcement officials are investigating the causes and circumstances of the tragedy.
