In Lviv, a teacher is under investigation for insulting a student from a military family
A commission has been established in Lviv to investigate reports that a teacher allegedly insulted a student because his father is a member of the military.
This was reported by journalist Roman Onyshkevych, and the city council has also responded.
According to the journalist, the Ukrainian language and literature teacher may have repeatedly humiliated the boy, in particular by calling him “stupid” because his father is serving in the military.
It is also noted that the school administration spoke with the child without informing his parents.
Onyshkevych emphasized that this is not the first such case and stressed that the incident should not cast a shadow on the entire teaching staff.
The Lviv City Council’s Department of Education stated that it has already established a special commission to investigate all the circumstances of the incident and communicate with those involved.
