Law enforcement officers are conducting searches at the district administration in Mukachevo
Investigative activities are underway at the Mukachevo District Administration. According to preliminary reports, the searches are taking place in the wake of recent arrests of the leadership of the district TCC.
Searches are underway at the Mukachevo District Military Administration. This was reported to ZAXID.NET on Thursday, May 28, by the Transcarpathian Regional Prosecutor’s Office.
“These are authorized searches being conducted as part of criminal proceedings,” said Marina Bezega, a spokesperson for the prosecutor’s office.
Law enforcement officials have not yet disclosed the reasons for the searches in Mukachevo. According to Vitaliy Hlahola, a member of the Uzhhorod City Council, the investigative actions are ongoing in a case involving the possible issuance and sale of deferrals from mobilization.
“Law enforcement is conducting searches at the workplace, in a vehicle, and at the residence of Viktor Ivashkovych, head of the defense department of the Mukachevo Regional State Administration. Searches are also being conducted at the home of Andriy Rizak, a specialist in the department of urban planning, architecture, and housing and communal services,” Vitaliy Glagola wrote on Telegram.
As a reminder, Oleksandr Yarmoshevych, the former head of the Territorial Center for Employment and Social Assistance in Rivne—who was previously implicated in a high-profile scandal involving a video recorded in his office—has declared income from several places of employment and savings.
Denis Oliinyk, director of the Kharkiv Regional Employment Center, declared real estate, vehicles, and his family’s income; some of the property is registered under relatives’ names.
